My brother boost pack is missing!

Bug Description :
OK here me and my brother were playing a new account and i open my lvl 230 box no problem then he opened his lvl 210 box and gives him not items at all and no more boost pack he was 258 at that momment any idea what can he do?

Fixed? pack teleport to storage (no idea what happen here lol)… and ask silver to take it out? (i was 0 silver the momment we found it as we wanted to delete the character, msj say we dont have silver to take it out) after character have silver you can take it out (no silver is consumed) ok just reporting if anyone have the same problem
