what is my next step?

When my build is wrong what can i do for a good PVP build?

Archer2->Ranger1->Scout1->Fletcher3 is the current meta build for world boss killing as an archer.
Pick scout instead of Falc if you want to focus on pvp.
Fletcher is the best WB atm. But you need rank 5-6-7 for Full Fletcher 3
A2-R2-F3 / A2-R1-SC1-F3 / A3-SC1-F3 etc.

50 STR
31 CON
140 DEX
Fletcher benefit from high dex.
After that you need to calculate your gears + gems + cards. Dex will benefit you more late game. Try to get 100 STR if you could but prioritize crit rate.
