My Adventure rewards cannot receive

Now my adventure journal lv. 15 next to lv.16. It cannot receive reward lv.15.
What should I do?

You have to go to the Wings of Vaivora NPC in Klaipedia to receive Adventure Rewards. Can’t receive them from F4.

It says so in your screenshot as well.

“Collect your rewards at the Wings of Vaivora”
