Or maybe he was one of those z attackers and does not consider that botting? as many players report them as well.
According to IMC those wouldn’t have been flagged by the system for GM inspection. Unless they did something more than holding “Z” but now trying to fins their way out by playing innocent.

I think the lock is ok, but… wouldn’t giving someone innocent account back be too slow or at some points impossible, if you have 100 times more reports than staff to view them through…
