Murmillo question- Regular skill distribution

headbutt 5
scutum hit 5
evade thrust 3
frenzied slash 1

this is what i thought: example B

and here’s my question, why is everyone making this build Favoring to Max all skills that are flat damage on example A ?

why do people not Max frenzied slash ? because it has no overheat, cooldown is 27 seconds, and is Sort of hard to use outside of pvp, such as a mob on pve Even though it’s % damage. that i can understand.
attributes increase damage and is way too expensive but worth it later on ? ok, but that’s more of a reason to ask why is maxing flat damage skills make more sense over evade thrust ?

Headbutt and Scutum Hit are %based damage, it was just typo.

Not just murmillo. I think every skill actually is not flat numbers anymore.
This is proven when you try to deal damage. Even bash now use %
