you can use vienarazis mace OR pieren sword or abdochar(this one is orange its harder to get)
the end-game 1-handed sword offers good defensive stats as well as offnsive

There is no way to answer your questions because we have no clue what your class build is besides ‘murmillo’
You can even go full SPR if you want, if you have Corsair 1 in your build it is a sure win since Iron Hook and Keel Hauling are balanced :9
Before you ask for stats and attributes, please specify your current build, they may differ depending on how you build your Murmillo.

tbh don’t know which spell to pick on rodel and which attribute i should up first on any class and which stat prioritize.

Montano, Targe Smash, and Shield Charge are the only needed skills, so you can max them.
You want to invest highly in Scutum Hit and Headbutt, attributes wise as they are your strongest skills. Afterwards you can get the cassis crista attribute for targe smash to boost its damage, or focus on shinobi attributes.

150 or so CON, then the rest a split of STR and DEX. You need STR to hit, and you need DEX to penetrate block.

Why Shinobi? 
Stealth + Hook is really strong.
Bunshin with Double Slash is a great damaging option.
Kunais are good damage.
Mokuton absorbs a hit and closes the gap.
Overall, shinobi is excellent for a single rank investment. I just go with dopple instead cause I don’t wanna run like a narutard.

You are not forced to buy the running attribute though :^)

I also just really like cyclone + restrain, it has won me more matches than i can count.
