So, I’m University student now and I’m living in a flat with my gf and 3 mates. Most of them will probably play the game (I’m sure that I will anyway xP). So are there any problems when sharing IP adress from same place (and In case of my gf it can be sometimes one laptop (obviously not at same time xP))? Is it allowed or are there some “multiclient” conserns? Want to know beforehand not to get banned or somethink …
I don’t see a problem on that, aside from IP i think Steam check from PC network name or maybe even some other register (i would guess the MAC address from each machine) aside from the logged Steam user, so it would be like you play from a Lan House/Cyber Cafe.
But take a look on Steam site for more info, since it pass through them all that data, they may have something about it there.
