MULTIHIT SKILLS - Help me fill out this reference document

I’m trying to capture accurate/complete multi-hit skill information into a single place. Multihits in particular are a combat mechanic that is poorly documented.

Please help with the following;

  1. Is the current information accurate?
  2. Everything marked ‘???’ is information that I need
  3. R8 classes need all of their info added, as I don’t have any information on what skills are multihits.
  4. New circles for R8 are also missing information.

I have something similar myself with hidden effects like AoE ratio. However I like your lay-out a lot more. Did not know excel so useful.

Please note, a patch has changed several fake-hit skills into true multihit BUT only on structures.

Archer
Twin arrows is Fake multihit of 2 visual. True 1 hit only.

Ranger
Spiral arrow is Fake multihit of (1+ skill level*1 visual). True 1 hit only.

Sapper
Broom trap. Enemies also receive more hits if they move against the spinning direction.
Punji stakes launch effect attribute:knockdown damage, deal hits depending on amount of enemies launched and their size + amount of bounces.

Wugushi
Needle blow. 1 hit per 0.5 seconds. DoT
Wugong gu. 1 hit per 0.5 seconds. DoT
Throw gu pot 1 hit per 0.5 second. Is exposure DoT.
Jincan gu 1 hit per 3 seconds. Debuff for 60 seconds ==> total 20 hits. Is DoT.

Fletcher
Divine machine arrow 1 initial hit +1 AoE hit after.

Musketeer
Volley fire Fake 4 multihit. True 1 hit only.
Birdfall fake 2 multihit (on flying). True 1 hit only.
Covering fire 11 true multihits.

Cannoneer
Cannon barrage / cannonade, 3 true hits.

Appraiser has no multihit skills.

Hackapel
Skarphuggning Display is fake (each arrow stack increases fake visual by 1 fake line). True 2 hits only.
Stormbolt 1 hit, but fake visual display of fake multihit (each arrow stack increases fake visual by 1 fake line).
Leg shot 2 true hits.

Mergen
Triple arrow 3 hits.
Homing arrow 5 hits.
Arrow rain true hits depending on enemy size.

Corsair Pistol shot 5 hits

Doppelsoeldner
Zwerchhau fake multihit. True 1 hit.
Don’t know about cyclone since the change. Used to be 12 hits at level 5, 18 at level 10, 24 at level 15.

Fencer
Attaqua au fer is 1 hit.
Balestra fente is 1 hit.
Flash/fleche is 3 true hit.

Squire
Deadly combo true 3 hit.

Templar
Mortal slash true 2 hit.

Murmillo
All skills single hit.

Lancer
All single hit.

Pyromancer
Fireball 1 hit per 0.5 seconds.
Flame ground 1 hit per 0.7 seconds.
Fire pillar 1 hit per 0.5 seconds.
Hell breath 1 hit per 0.4 seconds.

Cryomancer
Snow rolling 1 hit per 0.4 seconds.

Psychokino
Psychic pressure 1 hit per 0.5 seconds. Max 15 seconds channel.
Gravity pole 1 hit per 0.5 seconds. Max 10 seconds channel.

Elementalist
Hail. 1 chunk of ice drop per 0.3 seconds randomly in the area, + 1 chunk of ice every 1.2s.

Frost cloud 1 hit per 0.3 seconds, max 32 hits.
Freezing sphere Fake multihit, fake display of 2 hits. True 1 hit.

Featherfoot Blood Bath is 13 hits ==> 1 from initial stab then 1 tick per 0.4s for a duration of 5s.

Blood Sucking - Increases channel time per level 0.5s per level starting from 7.5 at level 1, then 10s at level 5. (7s + [0.5*skill level] channel time)
Blood sucking ===> 1 hit per 0.4s. Channeled.
max number of hits:25 at level 5. (yes, featherfoot cannot channel this skill completely, it will always end before the max channel time due to its hit limit…)

Bone pointing standard 1 attack per 1.5 seconds.

Warlock Dark theurge (2/2/3/3/4/4/5/5/6/6) according to skill level, per ghost. This means skill level 1 & level 2 = 2hits per ghost. Skill level 3 & 4 = 3 hits per ghost. Lvl 5 & 6 = 4 hits per ghost. 7 & 8 = 5 hits per ghost. So, 6 hits per ghost at skill level 9 & 10. You have 5 ghosts.

Pole of agony. 1 hit per 0.33 seconds.
Mastema phantom pain attribute 1 hit per 2 seconds. Max 20 seconds. DoT, debuff.

Sage Ultimate dimension 4 true hit.

Enchanter does not have damage skills.

Cleric
Cure 1 hit per 0.3 seconds, restricted by its hit limit.

Priest
Exorcise debuff 1 hit per 1 second. Debuff duration 10 seconds.

Chaplain
Magnus exorcismus. 1 hit per 0.5 seconds. Restricted by duration.

Krivis
Zaibas 1 hit per 0.5 seconds, restricted by hit limit.

Dievdirby
Carve attack 1 hit per 0.3 seconds, max 5 hits.

Bokor
Tet mamak la. Skull deals 1 hit per 0.5 seconds. Max 20 seconds duration.

Monk
Energy blast 1 hit every 0.25s, duration = 1.5s + 0.5s per skill lvl. Max 24 hits at skill lvl 10.
Hand knife 1 hit.
Palm strike 1 hit. Palm strike attribute 1 hit per 1 seconds, DoT.
One inch punch debuff 1 hit per 1 second, DoT.

Pardoner no multihits.
Oracle no multihits.

Druid
Wolf mode.
[A] 2 true hits, 80% damage each
[S] 2 true hits, 220% damage each
[D] 5 true hits, 150% damage each
[F] 1 hit, 200% damage

Miko
Hamaya 1 hit per 0.33 seconds.
Kagura dance, allies deal 1 additional hit per hit (including skill hits) when they have this aura buff.

Plague doctor
Incineration 1 hit per 0.5 seconds. DoT.
Plague vapours 1 hit per 0.5 seconds. DoT.

Kabbalist
Merkabah pass through damage 1 hit per 1 second.
Merkabah divine protection attribute, allies deal 1 additional hit per hit (including skill hits) when they have this aura buff.

Taoist
Creeping death charm. [Skill Level] × 4 amount of hits. 1 hit per 0.3 seconds.

Inquisitor
Breaking wheel 1 hit per 0.33 seconds.

Thanks for all this information! I’ve added it all to the spreadsheet, if you don’t mind though I need some clarification on some of them;

Mergen - Arrow Sprinkle: How many hits does it do based on monster size?

Warlock - Mastema (Phantom Pain) - How many hits does this do over its 20 second duration?

Doppel - Zwerchhau - How many fake hits is the visual?

Warlock phantom pain max 10 hits over 20 seconds (1 hit per 2 seconds).

Doppel zwerchhau 3* fake hit visual.
Sturzhau also 6* fake hit visual, 1 true hit.

Mergen arrow sprinkle, I cannot count.
Here is on biggest enemy size, not all arrows have hit yet (boss died already).

Fletcher
Barbed arrow is 1 true hit. All other visual is fake multi hit. I missed this one.

Pyromancer
FIirewall: up to [2 + (Skill level) hits] * Tiles (max 3 tiles active on single target a once). If your AoE attack ratio is equal to enemy AoE defence ratio => 1 hit per 0.8 seconds. If less, you will deal less hits.
Higher enemy AoE defence ratio = less hits.

Necromancer
Flesh strike 1 hit

Alchemist
combustion 1 hit
Alchemistic missile fake display of 2 hits. True 1 hit.

Featherfoot
Kundela slash 1 hit.
Blood curse 1 hit.

Wugushi
Wugong gu max duration on [main target] is 20 seconds.
Wugong gu max duration on [secondary targets] is (remaining time of main target + duration bonus of wugong gu:continuous infection attribute).

Hackapel
Cavalry charge 1 hit.

Hi thanks. Updated with your info.

I have speculations that Backstab is actually a fake multi-hit. It’s just one true hit. This is following observations that it always does the same damage number, or just a difference of 1.

Can’t test crit since the innate +60% crit chance will make me crit 100% of the time. Perhaps someone with enough damage test the damage cap.

Edit: I also remember seeing somewhere in the “Got to test backstab after gem update” thread about it.

Duel someone that can block or dodge your backstab, if 2 lines of block or dodge shows its true multihit, if not its fake.

Somewhat late since there is the upcoming combat system change, but here are some info I tested with 0 magic amp


Wizard
Energy Bolt: total dmg for the 2 hits = 1.5*(matk+skill-mdef)


Elementalist
Freezing Sphere: total dmg for the 2 hits = 1.8*(matk+skill-mdef)

Electrocute: number of hits = 3+n for nth target counting from the back ( 4 for last monster hit)
dmg per line = (matk+skill)/2*0.8^(n-1)+skill-mdef for nth target counting from the front (n=1 for first monster hit)
max number of targets hit(from what I saw):

Evil Sacrifice: dmg based on source of each spirit (invocation/theruge)
only tested with own spirit

Drain: adds 5% to auto attack dmg per level(tested for 2 levels)

Mastema: 1 main hit+ 24 dot ticks
each dot tick = matk/10+skill-mdef(lowered by spr decrease)


Fletcher
Broadhead: Seems like 1 dot tick every 0.6s, with no tick if time is exact (like 9s dot duration)
