Bug Description :
multi shot goes on 4 second cooldown after auto attacks, it been like this ever since i got the skill.
At the moment my multi shot is level 5 and the cool down is 14s. If i use both charges of multishot it goes on the 14 seconds cooldown however if i an auto attack the cool down resets to 4 seconds. although the interface says the cooldown is reduced to 4 seconds and i can actually charge the skill up after the 4 seconds but it wont proc until the actual cool down of 14 seconds is finished
