Moving channls/map area kicks me from the game

Hello,

So i already made a topic about this subject but got no respond some any gm/mod/dev whatever… so il ltry again.

i have a problem that i share with many other plays - more then 50% of the time i change channel in game, move to a new map area by teleport, statue wrap, or just walk the next place on the map - i get a msg saying "Connection to server was lost… moving to log-in"
i can kicked to log-in window and i cant connected to server for about 10 minutes every time. this can happen more then 15 yimes a day.

Please tell me what to do… fix this.

Please, i just want to know that this problem is on your fix list… i dont need a fix right away. it will give us enough hope for the future… please let me know…
the fact that no one seems to talk about this bug is really scary, because its seriously getting really hard to keep playing like this :confused:

sometimes i cant reconnect to server for over 30 minutes after i get disconnected for moving to a new map, wrapping, trying to change character, move between channels inside the game… why… why is this happening?

i got a brand new PC, i5 6200u, 8gram, win 10, gfroce 520 graphic card… i play on EU server.
Same problem is happening to my sister which plays on window i3 pc, 6gram, win 7, intel graphics card… so i guess its not a hardware issue…

i am sorry to hear that, i dont understand why no one talks about this issue… i know more people experience it because i opened another topic about it like a month ago.

and still no reply from any imc official… :confused:

can you post your computer details please? is it similar to mine?
