Move buy-in shop to market

Please allow players to buy items from other players through market NPC in similar manner we can sell them.
Something ike this:

Here are some of the advantages:

• Less crowded city area (I bet it will be crowded enough with
  alchemists/pardoners/squire shops).

• Buyers will be able to buy items faster.

• Sellers will be able to sell items at maximum price (no buying rare
  items from newbies many times cheaper).

I must agree with this.
Klaipeda is no Prontera. There’s no room for vendors in the city (if that’s what you want to call it)

But then we would need another window, similiar from “items for sale”.
