I don’t know when this was changed, but in the last weeks this list has been made movable. Only problem: when you use mouse mode, the list will trigger mouse catch on almost HALF of the screen! This makes the game almost unplayable for summoners and party content when using mouse mode. Not only the mode was a nightmare to play with, but now it’s even worse. Please do something about this, at least make mouse only trigger when CLICKING on the party/summon icon, not on the list and half the screen around it.
