Is the reason i am waiting for IMC position related to this, people never learn on waiting and start with all kind of desperate threads flooding the forums with the same thing over and over, its bad enough we don’t have moderators and the staff barely come here, even more now that the CBT ended.
Ask them if this game is grinding based. I mean how is the exp rate vs the kcbt?
Same like the money, do we earn more money in farming mobs or not?
Is it easy to find party when u are a clerc?
Is pardonner can make his scroll? I heard that pardonner is broken due to the market system.
I don’t know if there are pardonner in the kobt at this time but i wonder if it will fine to make a scrolling shop pardonner.
The EXP rate currently in the KRobt is lower than it was in iCBT, this is to be expected as the taste of the KR players is different from international, however, as the game is supposed to be slow, i do feel that the exp rate at the moment suits the nature of the game, it honestly does not bother me even though i do like progressing quite fast, it will enable you to get a better understanding of the mechanics and have an appreciation for how you level your character.
getting money is not as easy as it was in icbt, mobs still drop similar amounts, but the weapons and items you get for resell have been reduced in value. This gives money in the game a more important value and people respect the economy more.
Parties are very easy when it comes to doing instanced dungeons and in fields where parties are more required than others.
I have no information on pardonners, but if i come across one i will ask~
This is the thing, i don’t expect to start today and reach max level by next week, it is supposed to be enjoyable but not boring, the only thing i hope we don’t bump during progress is leveling walls like we had on iCBT, i know it was planned like that since the max level programmed for the test was around 200, but on a release where the level cap would be higher that can break the fun, which i think the way they are rearranging the dungeon levels would help, people come here complaining, ahh we can only do dungeons to progress when we can’t find more quests, wrong, why? Because many side quests where removed, now with the new world map i think things will progress smoothly.
Economic balance is important, and since many of those items we get are required for powerful recipes, their prices will increase in market, which mean some cash, not only that, but crafting classes will have some advantage too, but isn’t that the same in real life? Many here is thinking, ToS is just another RO or similar game, why so complicated? I think the idea of IMC is transforming not only in a complicated game, but build a graphical social network where you meet your friends and go do something interesting or fun, you can’t do that on FB for all i know, and many times you only see spam of crap on your wall being shared all over the place (at least for me is like that lol).
I just hope it is not an obligatory aspect of the game, i mean, i don’t mind parties, but sometimes i feel like doing stuff alone.
You can do most things without a party, but instanced dungeons require that you be in one tbh~
Everything else is great imo, still a few bugs here and there, but right now I’m just leveling as high as i can go to discover new things =3
anyone else got questions?
Ah that is supposed to be like that anyway, its where the monsters are stronger so it is expected.
I do hope they would apply those core fixes on our version too so on our next test we can concentrate on other aspects as skills, quests, etc.
You sir are the idiot here. Go back and read what he posted.
On another thread ppl said that monsters are more hard and we can’t walk on field like before (icbt), we cant solo field or doing tenel chapel solo like in cbts.
How you can say: " you can do most things without a party" when other thread said we cant just pass few field due to archer and mage headmissile? They said too monsters have great density.
Perhaps it depends of wich classe you took. I don’t know.
In icbt1, what i dislike the most is when i took a support classe. I couldn’t have a progression due to the exp rate and due to my class. So when i just want to take lvl , i had to party up with ppl just to take a few lvl or bashing monsters.
That made me crazy becoz i felt i depended of the other ppl to enjoy the game…
When u play LoL or heroes of the storm, when u are rank 30, your progression depends only of the experience and the skill of your teamate. And when they are weak, whatever they does, you lose the game becoz they fed ennemies.
So i had the same fellings when i saw that i depends of ppl to enjoy my classe and the game as clerc in icbt1.
I really don’t want to experiment the same feeling about iobt of tree of savior.
Tenet Chapel is a dungeon area, so it is supposed to be harder than open fields like Tenet Garden, if you played on last iCBT and reached Nuoridin Falls and the yellow maps marked on this, the monsters there could 1-hit you no problem depending on the class (in my case wizard).
So it is supposed to be harder since those areas are open dungeons (i say open because you can see other players there different from Tenet Chapel dungeon (the level 50 one)).
Now if you are referring to open fields like Tenet Garden or the old starting area then that is a huge problem on design.
I am just wondering what you are expecting from a support class? Even more on a CBT where people are bound to leave due to some bugs or random crashes. Even tho some of the circles on cleric have some offensive skills, that doesn’t mean you will level as faster as a swordsman or archer class.
That is a support class for you, it depend on others.
Are you serious comparing a MMO RPG to a MOBA where you only need to survive against other players?
Its better you go back to LoL or HoS then.
