Mouse mode is broken since the last (04.10.2018) update

Starting from the latest update (like just yesterday (04.09.2018) it worked more or less all right and after today’s maintenance (04.10.2018) the problems started).

Bug Description :

I don’t know if it is connected to the latest optimization, but right now the mouse mode is broken.
If you communicate with an object (ex. talk to an NPC (sometimes just pass them by), warp to a city by the goddess statue, opened a chest in Uphill defense or talked to the crystal there, or just your falcon decides to rest a bit and sit on your shoulder - bump! you can’t move - wherever you move your cursor it has the dialog view (dialog bubble) and once you press the LMB you initiate the dialog (or just nothing happens in case the object, that is holding you, can’t be talked to - like your pet or a boss). Until you hit any of the keyboard movement buttons, you are stuck.
It is not just 1 more mere inconvenience that this game is rich with - it simply does not allow you to play normally with a mouse.
I do hope that this will be fixed soon. I started to play this game quite recently and the only reason why I didn’t from the start was that it had no decent mouse control. It still does not (I’ve been always struggling) but now it simply almost impossible :frowning:
I’d hate to leave because of such nuisance…

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. the easiest way is (using the mouse mode) to let your falcon sit on your shoulder
  2. or come to any NPC start talking to him/her, finish the dialog (though sometimes it does not happen in this particular case)
  3. or just teleport to any goddess statue
  4. or enter Uphill Defense and try communicating to the crystal below the torch
    you won’t be able to move until you use the keyboard.

I tried to record the video with the in-game feature but it does not record the cursor so it won’t be informative.
Neither can the cursor be captures in screenshots.

Happening to me as well. It’s incredibly aggravating. If you hover your cursor over a monster it gets stuck sometimes as well, and you can’t move and become a punching bag for monsters. So right now I can’t grind or do much hunting. Tried playing keyboard mode but I’m just not used to it. Please fix asap.

i can’t play this game since the last (04.10.2018) update by mouse mode , can’t farm monster , etc… its hard for me to play with keyboard mode.
So, please fix asap.!!! plssssss

bcaz player that play in full mouse mode can’t even farm monster at all.

We already have our teams assigned to check the issues. We found some considering parts may affecting the situations, but we will take care of this issues as soon as we can.

Thank you for responding here.
It means a lot to know that our woes are not for the indifferent silence alone.
We’ll wait in hope that this will be soon addressed and fixed.

And thanks to all who spent some of their time to write in this thread so that it is obvious that the issue is not a single-payer problem.

We just have applied patch on suspected fix on problem. please restart your client to download the patch. If still the problem persists, please answer to here and also send tickets (if with videos will be more preferrable, and your computer speculations so we might could re-enact the issues too)

The mouse mode is good again, but now, demon scratch skill is bugged. with 1s± delay to hit after the animation

Thank you for letting us know, but I would also like to know the specifics, how it not working well. also if possible with your computer speculations too. Also I need your codes - which this automatically pops up via ticket system - so It will be nice if you send us ticket with that one.

It was a very recent patch - try closing your client completely and restart it so that it can pick up the patch.
It worked for me.

I thank the staff and Yuri in person for a quick reaction and fix.

If only they made it possible to dash for warriors by double mouse click and bind other mouse buttons to the game commands…

I’ve been relived if worked fine, however I am still waiting cerisiah that if he did re applied the patch or not… I hope this one solved for everyone.

I restart completely but after a warp, I have my mouse blocking but after its good
