Before it was buggy on some but now getting the mouse icon to prompt is pretty much impossible while trying to interact with many quest elements. NPCs you can still easily click, but if you need to collect things, interact with things etc you have to switch to keyboard mode to press space or finishing those quests is impossible.
Few quests that I can freshly remember are the crystals in crystal mine F3, trying to place the pots under the trees in Asmesti Crossroads, and the stone altars in Altar Way. But this it no way a full list, I havent taken down the names of quests after it started appearing more and more…
