Mouse controls are awful

Please enable a right-click-to-move-only option because the mouse controls in the game are awful.

With so many clickable items on the screen I very often find myself either miss-clicking mobs/interactable items or just standing still, it’s incredibly frustrating and makes for very choppy and unpleasant gameplay.

My companion is often a cause of this running through packs of mobs. Please make a toggable keybind option where companion becomes non-clickable. And why does he have to have an obnoxious health bar visible even when I disable ‘show character names’ his name and HP bar are still on screen?

I know all mouse-orientated players have the above issues whether playing ranged or melee classes.

Not to mention when you DO try to click on certain quest objectives there is no response, promting people to switch to keyboard mode to complete certain quests. Very annoying.

In some ares you can’t click on the ground AT ALL regardless of combat status. Just please make a keybind (right click default) for movement ONLY. Solves so many issues.

My biggest gripe is that you have to switch to keyboard mode for a lot of quests. I can’t edit it on hotkey file too because there’s no such thing on the mouse mode like “space” on keyboard mode. I tried adding the command for that from the keyboard hotkey file to mouse hotkey file but it just doesn’t work since it’s not in the game. Anything else like getting locked in place with mouse is just the mechanic of the game. Got that problem all day in Ragnarok back then. I wish people would turn off their pets during dungeon run though.

I implore you to consider and look into this. Playing the game effectively as a mouse player is impossible given the issues currently and requires the most simple of fixes: Offer a keybind for movement only (right-click by default ideally)

And like others have already pointed out in other threads, please offer an option to remove the companion’s name/HP bar.

These minor QOL changes would make a huge difference in enjoyment for all mouse users.
