Bug Description :
Cases when Mouse-Control doesn’t work:

some NPCs or quest-related stuff forcing players to switch to keyboard and then back again…, newest example: the event-board in Kleipeda
(most likely in Orsha as well) -
targeting monsters when a pet or other players or whatever is in the way
(you can’t do anything with a (e.g.) pet when using the left mouse, but nevertheless you are unable to click or target anything at that point)
