Bug Description :
Inability to activate skills on Skill Bar with a Mouse Click. You can activate Items, but Skills cannot be activated.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Place a desired Class Skill on Bottom Skill Bar
- Attempt to activate Skill with left or right click miserably
