and exactly what evidence are you offering here? you have 2 pics of people just standing around in the same zone. doing apparently nothing.

while you’re at it, try posting it as a ticket. posting it in the forum is just going to lead to it being ignored, like all the rest of the spam here.
Naw i’ve seen it myself, cheaters using basic melee attacks in a single place and killing mobs across the whole map, and no it wasn’t lag. They were literally standing still killing the whole map.
they NEED to make a report buton ASAP!!

and, whether they were or not, the important part is that: Nothing you posted demonstrated that they were doing anything wrong.
i’ve seen tons of people botting, and using distance hacks. i’m aware it exists.
from what you posted, we can’t tell what they’re doing. for all we can tell from the pic, they might just be standing there afk.
or maybe you were chatting with them, and then you got all creepy, and they got weirded out and asked you to leave them alone, and now that you feel rejected, you’re going to get revenge on them by reporting them as cheaters and having them banned.
…like i said, we don’t know. we can’t tell. hell, one of them isn’t even on the screen.

i don’t -think- it would be too hard to implement… but then again, it all depends on how modular the interface is, and how easy to make adjustments.
