Moon fragments do not drop from Saalus, missions, raid, uphill

Made ticket that most of the time I can not get fragments from Saalus, missions, raid and uphill, even if I have active event quest on Fedimian.
Got silly answer from support that I must talk to NPC instead… :tired:
All I know that it is not NPC, and fragments either drop for all party members on instance channel, or nobody can get it.
When I enter Catacombs mission, there is over 100 channels that can be used. Let’s say that right now I can not get fragments on ch 104. But I can get them on ch 60 on next run. Same problem happens in Saalus, raid and uphill instances.

What happens when you talk to the NPC?

Cause it works, but you do have to talk to the NPC first.

  1. click the first option on the npc
  2. farm fragments
  3. do not turn it in if you still want to farm fragments (but turn it in before it resets)
  4. after turning it in and after the reset, repeat step 1.

Now it works after maintenance.
