Monthly TP Spending Limit, Rise my tp please!

I already sent several tickets to you and no solution. I have already bought several times TP in my account and you are restricting my purchases by TP … Where is the solution?

And they still say “We’d like to let you know that there was no monthly spending limit placed on your account. You should spend your TP normally without a limitation.” But, I DONT CAN BOUGHT WITH MY TP. :frowning:

It’s not the first time I buy TP for this account, dont make sense.
Please! Why the delay? I really do not understand. They always answer me with ready answers, and say they will solve and nothing.
If they do not resolve within the next few hours, I see no way out except to ask for my money back to STEAM. Poor organization of the company.
I feel hurt and sorry for having invested in this game. Sad but true.
