[Monster Loot] Incorrect Material Drop Images

Bug Description :
Incorrect drop images.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Kill Leaf Bug / Kepa
  2. If loot dropped include Kepa Stem / Leaf Bug Shell, they would look like keys instead of image shown in inventory after picking them up

Not sure if this is also relevant, but for me one of the items dropped in that same area resembled a loudspeaker/megaphone - if this is just signifying some item category, my apologies in advance.

its a bug, i know how it looked on the kCBT.
