Currently the only way to check your kill achievements for an area is to manually check every single monster of a map via the Adventure Journal if you can even remember the name - most of the time I personally have to look them up at tosbase.
I’d love to see a feature that either shows all of remaining kill ‘quests’ when opening the minimap of a specific area or expand the ‘Maps’ tab of the Adventure Journal to list them there.
The community made an add-on to track that.
Look under “Add-ons we have” for “Monster Kill Tracker”

Ah nvm, its not quite what I had in mind. While it helps when killing in an area it doesn’t solve the original issue.
The technology just isn’t there yet.
It would be nice if they updated the entire map system in general, it’s hard to find anything other than your current location… Let alone specific monsters.
