Monster Gems Bug

Bug Description : When exchanging map the skill gem for work, and you need to remove and replace the item for her to return to work.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Equip a item with Monster Gems
2. Look at the level of skill
3. Change the map
4. Look again the level of skill

Im not sure if this is the case, but on my quarrel shooter the same thing happens with grand cross and running shot. When i change maps the skill shows lvl 5 instead of 7, but when i use the buff it is actually the lvl 7 buff.

I realized this also happening with items that give +1 or +2 skills to class after teleporting or go through a loading this not counting the more skill bonus.
