Anyone have a suggestion on the best a pyro/chrono on the best cards or even WIZ in gen.
Since everything is 10% or so and 60% max, is it best with one type of card or different. also i want to add, if the card is base lvl 1 star ( lvl 1) dose that matter or change anything?

Kinda hard to understand but
On wiz in general Chaparion would be my guess for the best dps card
You can also have 1 card/Rank isn,t 60% max but 70% right now and 80% with R8 comming.
Lvl up a effect = (Number card) will not affect the buff but will increase the power for some class that can use card (Sorc/Necro/Wugu)
