I think something got wrong on Hand Knife beacause since last update the skill should earn a new attack factor.
Patch Notes:
Hand Knife
- This skill will now deal additional damage proportional to the enemy’s INT (however, it will not exceed your max. attack).
- Attack factor increased by 200%
