Monk/ Sadhu arts is not on NPC

Sadhu and Monk would receive new arts but when talking to Cleric’s NPC is not listed.

Not sure about the sadhu one but I see the monk one listed in cleric book 3 and tos.neet also shows it while nothing for sadhu…interesting…
