Monk Rank 8 PVE & PVP Build [Huehuehue]

I have updated the build and IMC is going to plan on making Monk better, were going to save our points in case if IMC makes Iron Skin, GBS, other skill better.

Go full dex still…

Monk is in a pretty bad situation in rank 8 contents even when we have Inquisitor. Mostly Inquisitor is doing most of his job.

The weapon you can hold for grinding is Toy Hammer
Your End Game weapon can be either Suncus Maul OR Vienarazis Mace https://tos.neet.tv/items?type=Mace&order=ulvld&f=1

Wear plate armor blah blah blah…some basic Monk stoff <-- nice typo ya?

also put 1 point inside of malleus, it looks like it helps your dps quite a bit

I would really like to but i dont like to reroll. I will stick with Priest 3.

you are already priest 3?

if you are priest 3 or lower i recoomend to reroll, cleric2 has better healing that priest as a monk, also priest falls off really hard if you dont take chaplain, plus you can just get preist buffs from a vender that are better than your buffs, all you really get is revive and ressurect

I’m already at Rank 7 level 200+. Yes Ik, picking priest 3 wasnt the right choice for me and i realized at end game i didnt have much heals, my mass heal is only level 5. If IMC decides to give us Rank reset potion I would be :open_mouth:
Most likely not gonna happen. When i realized i didnt have much heals, i planned on putting more points on support like mass heal, asperasion, and revive. It was my fault for picking priest 3 for not researching. I will stick with Priest 3 until something big happens.

I m cleric 2, Priest 2, Monk 3 atm. I like the Taoist for the mobility and range skills but if Inquisitor benefits from crit, it s probably the correct choice for me to not waste the monstrance buff on dex.

Taoist isn’t a good synergy for Monk but if u like range skills and mobility go for it. I do not recommend going for Taoist

what is the stat build for cleric 2 diev 2 monk 3 inqui ? dex / con or dex / str / con?

dex/str/con for your stat :smiley:

Malleus Maleficarum is recommended. Even with low INT and its only lvl1. It is still deadly in PVP

Taoist is a Pure magical class and uses 500 silver per talisman u throw so think about it

Am i supposed to just focus on dex from now on since rank 8 changes so radically with base damage?

i only have 70 dex atm at level 230 since i “thought” i only needed enough to hit stuff…
but when rank 8 comes around…

70 dex wouldnt be enough for end game. Ye you should focus dex for now.

ahhmmm…so miko is out there now can i insert miko for monk3 instead?..any…gud suggestion or comment thnx :D…

monk3>miko on a build like this.

miko only gives oyu a few magic dps skills that arent as good as higher leveled monk skills. and a few support skills that are bugged or not useful for your build

broom - only increases magic circle level by 1, next to useless for your build

dance - only works on party members, you arent buffed by this skill

clap - only works on statues (good for dievmonk, but taking a class for 1 skill?)

I’m currently a cleric2>diev2>monk1>PD1, going inquisitor. I decided to get PD instead of monk 3 beacuse inquisitor already adds lots of damage to this build, and PD adds GREAT utility!

My only regret not going priest is for ress and MAYBE mass heal… But diev 2 has -20% cooldown, silence and owls.
