Anyone know how to change Energy Blast direction using controller? Using keyboard u must hold the “alt” key

sabe problem here, dont know how…
Even with keyboard I am unable to change direction. I still get knocked back as well by monsters during casting. I have learned the attribute. Is it bugged? is anyone else able to change directions?
Anyway the duration of the spell isn’t that long and the cooldown is 1 minute, hence the change of direction is not much of an issue. Who else thinks monks DPS pales in comparison with many other classes
