As on subject, how long does it last? WIll it increase with level or is always the same?
It increases in level. The more level, the longer you have to charge it thus firing for longer duration

It is assumed that buying the skill worth about 65K , you can change direction … but the skill does not happen. Try turning on and off the skill .

so it can’t be endless duration? i was thinking the SP would be the cut off point. in other words, the moment i run out of SP, that’s when EB ends.
