[Monk] Does One Inch Punch Attribute affect the Dot Damage?

As the title above, any seasoned monks can verify this? Does the attribute (Damage) only increase initial strike? Or does it include the dot damage as well?

While staying on topic somewhat, does palm strike share this similar trait?

No,both dots scales on your Physical Attack.

The Main skill attack scales with Physical attack+Skill Level+Crit attack+damage type (the usual calculation)

the damage over time effect just scales with Physical attack, but Blessing stacks with it
