I have a question. I watched a streamer and he wants to DW later. Can someone tell me the benefits for dual wielding??
I think he said that ard dagger with fire dmg will trigger blessing additional time. Is that true? can some1 test this.
Im not sure it does, but the fire damage from that dagger gets added to his attacks and that’s why they use it.
??? o.o I use arde dagger for some good 10 levels now and my blessing never went past 45 seconds.
The dagger does, tho, gives +100dmg to your attacks.
Arde dagger will add it’s fire dmg to any hit.
Blessing will add it’s damage to any hit. (excluding oob)
Sacrament from priest2 creates a extra hit for auto attacks that triggers both blessing and the bonus from arde dagger.
I’m pretty sure he simply meant sacrament. There’s no synergy between blessing and arde dagger.
What I mean is , sacrament wont trigger for double punch right?
So I would miss 1 trigger from blessing. My question was, does the fire dmg from arde triggers blessing for an additional dmg tick while double punching? xD

As far as i know sacrament’s extra hit does not work for any skill. But i haven’t tested them all myself.
So it won’t affect double punch twice due to sacrament.
However double punch hits twice with one use, so Arde dagger triggers twice.
Same goes for any other skill, if it hits x times it adds the arder dagger fire dmg to each time it hits.
And yes, it’s worth it. Even despite the added damage being unable to crit.
Mostly because it just competes with shields only, who’ll never add extra dmg outside of gems.
Not quite sure how regular daggers interact with physical skills though, if they do at all.
