Missions: change the way EXP is calculated or reduce the range to 10 level

The current matchmaking system allows a maximum of 15 level difference. If you are the unlucky person that is on the low end of this you not only receive a significant amount of extra damage while doing less yourself but you are also penalized with ~ -25% EXP per boss.

Example:
As a Lv178 Character with a teamlevel of 14 a Lv180 boss is worth 245k EXP.
A Lv193 Boss on the other hand will only reward me with 190k EXP

Just remove the penalty, Fixed.

The level difference shouldn’t be changed, it would just make waiting times too long (don’t even let me get started with Missions other than Siauliai).

My alternative suggestion would be that for party quests and missions the monster level should be [LowestLevel+5] instead of [HighestLevel]. The lowest 10 levels are assured to always get 100% XP and the higher ones have a small penalty, but benefit from the much easier run.

Second alternative: No penalty, no max level difference, players that join all automatically scale to about the same power.

Seconded. If your strong/tricky enough to face enemies far stronger than you, you should be rewarded. Provided your not beating them through some sort of exploit.

Share xp range in party’s would probably have to be addressed though. Otherwise we might have a boosting issue.

Wouldn’t be much of an issue if its only applied to missions. There isn’t a major EXP increase for these bosses with higher levels.
If you’d try to leech a lv100 player through some 280 missions with removed penalty it would require to enter as a premade which automatically decreases the EXP gain from 120% to 90%.
