The queue for missions is horrible. Much work needs to be done. Its not fine the way it is. @Staff_Julie
First of all, the queue takes very long. Kept on resetting. Most likely due to mismatching of players and then system auto reject the party before proceeding to start mission. I suppose the system randomly match players together, and if the Level difference is too big, it gets resets.
Furthermore, if one do get a correct match, there is a high chance that the group is without a healer. Healer is quite necessary in Missions for a smooth and quick runs. Tanks/swordsman for taunting bosses is very helpful too. The system would be better if they could quickly match people within the same level bracket and in good line-up.
Level bracket should be in 120-130, 110-120, 150-160 e.t.c or within a level range of the first picked player in the queuing algorithm.
Matching should input a healer, Tank, DPS upon queueing like in FFXIV/WOW where players gets to choose to single/dual queue as healer/tank/DPS. Plain queuing without specific matching and then reseting the queue is very disrupting and discouraging.
Lastly, partying up is currently the better way, without the exp boost from queue matching though. I tried LFP last night as a DPS/Tank for 1 hour but to no avail. No healers was available and many are still queuing trying their luck. Complete waste of time.
It is great that queuing match you up with players from other servers, but no getting a ideal team and potentially long queue time is ruining the experience which can be resolved with proper party matching on the developer’s end. I hope this can be resolved soon.
