Missing texts for Vaidotas

Bug Description : Following the the quest instructions; Mine 3F, Talked to Vaidotas. Some lines are missing.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Accept the Quest Rescue the Villagers
2. Go to Mine 3F
3. Talk to Vaidotas
