Bug Description :
The first line of text for Knight Commander Uska in the quest [Main] Bishop’s Dream (1) is missing. Instead, the infamous $NoData$ line appears.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Make a new character.
- Complete the main quests up to Knight Commander Uska.
- Talk to Knight Commander Uska.
