Missing Skill Points on my Cleric

Bug Description : Had left character skill reset for about a month. Went to allocate skills today and my rank 8 (Inquisitor) only had 3 points to spend. I am rank 9.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Open Skill Window

If you haven’t already, please make sure to send in a Support Ticket so that the Support Team can check the available skill points on your character. :smiley:

Tried but all I get is a blank screen when I attempt to link my Steam account. I will e-mail support.

Are you logging in with a Google account?

Yes the same account used by Steam.

Update: Tried logging in with Facebook and got the same blank screen when attempting to link with steam.

What can I do to get support? I have tried other browsers and got the same issue.

For now, I’ve passed on your information to the Support Team. They will check your account and then send compensation. Please make sure to use the item received on your affected character, Benadictus.

I’m not sure why you are having problems logging into the Support Page. I would also recommend trying on a different internet browser. :sob:

Thank you. I tried on IE, Chrome and on my phone. Same issue when I sign in on steam I just get a blank page. Messed with my steam privacy settings but nothing seemed to work. :confused:
