Missing Rewards Adventure Journal - Solved - Thanks for fast fix!

Bug Description :I ranked 1st in adventure journal for the month of January 2021 and got no achievements or rewards.
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

Getting Rank 1 by the end of the month
Checking Adventure journal to confirm 1st by the end of the month
Pressing F1 to see under Achievement tab that I have no receive any achievements

You have to claim them from the Wings of Vaivora NPC. Make sure you did that.

I clicked on every option from Wings of Vaivora NPC and nothing was given.

I clicked on NPC 37 mins later and its fixed!!!

Rewards are usually given at the end of the day (reminds me I didn’t claim them yesterday). Sometimes I check at 7pm local time and they’re not there, but usually around 10pm they’re available. It’s just that it takes time to process all the results and give the rewards.
