Bug Description :

My character is stuck at rank 5 class 1 after I reset due to missing rank 6 card. The presence of class exp recovery card prevents me from using another reset card. The class exp recovery card is un-usable because I was originally in rank 6. I need another rank 6 card before the event ends.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- unequip everything and use the rank reset card
- relog and use all rank cards
- rank 6 card is missing, class exp recovery card is usable as it needs me to be rank 6
