I’m level 178. I think I must have skipped some important quest. I went to Tyla Monastery but I find no npc (can not complete the map because of the closed part ) .
Also in Laukyme Swamp , does not appear an NPC ( "Hunter Natasha " ) that I should give additional quest:

i too. Monastery no have npc for me.
Problem solved.For anyone with the same problem as me:
The quest chain starts in Glade Hillroad.
Right when you enter from Spring Light Wood, there’ll be a little switch/trap on the ground, that’s the start of the chain, which will covers up to Tyla.
My problem is all npcs in Tyla Monastery don’t display, i back Spring Light Wood and talk all npc but no function, my npcs for nexts quests stay in map but should disappear in Glade Hill after quest cure npcs stay ground. I have hope.
