Dialog text missing only on first time talking to this NPC

Bug Description :
Probably the text code for transaction is showing instead the real text.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Walk to this sentinel NPC and press start
- The NPC says $NoData$QUEST_LV_0100_20150317_000422$
