I submitted the following ticket and the response I received below Can I expect the Bearkaras Fragment to be received or the quest reset?
I do have the Zachariel Bangle recipe in my inventory . this was a problem reported in another thread.

Description :
I defeated Bearkaras but did not receive the Bearkaras Fragment quest reward.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Received the quest from the guardian statue
- Defeted Bearkaras
- Failed to receive the Bearkaras Fragment Reward.
