Bug Description :
supposed missing status point

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Go to lemprasa pound zemyna statue
  2. Talk to it, get the message that you got the point
  3. Dont receive the point
  4. Make a ticket and get the response that you already have the point with the character.

After THREE tickets I’m posting it now in the forum.

Just to clarify: I don’t want really want the point anymore, just tell me if I’m wrong and where I messed in the calculations.

I was leveling a new character, everything alright until I decided to see if I got all extra status points in my character. I retired all equipments, saw the status bonus in the collections, verified all quests I already had done I did the math.

This is the calcutions from yesterday. Now I’m level 262 and just too lazy to do it again after 3 times.

Without Equipments and boss cards, I had 290 in INT.
The menu says I have 9 basic, 278 invested and 3 from other (in this case from the collections) and 2 unused points.

Then from those 278 plus 2 unused, I have 246 from level ups (In the moment of this message I’m in level 247)
Doing the math I would have:

278 invested points + 2 unused points - 246 from the levels = 34 points from other places.

278 + 2 = 280
280 - 246 = 34

I have all revelations bonus points, except Kalejimas and fortress of the land (this dont give bonus points). 3 points times 6 (number of revelations that I have) I get 18 points from revelations. Subtracting it from those 34 I get 16 points.

3 * 6 = 18
34 - 18 = 16

Misc quests that give points are (I consulted the journal):

Protect the Heritage = +1 stat
Treasure of the site > Expired Contract > Ready > Ruklys’ Inheritance = +1 stat
Astral Tracing = +1 stat
Flurry’s Inscription Epitaphs = +1 stat
Old Story = +1 stat
And Seir Forest Main story = +3 stat

Killing Helgasercle on Mage Tower 5F = +1 stat
Killing Naktis on Sanctuary = +1 stat

A total of 10 points from quests.

16 minus 10 = 6 stats points

16 - 10 = 6

I’ve talked to all statues of zemyna (a total of 7) but I only have 6 points remaining.

Another point is that although you say I got it on 28 november I still can interact with the statue if I change the channel, a thing I cant do in other characters.

I got the same response from before, but I dont want to know if the logs says I already got the point, I want to know why this point THAT I GOT ON 28 NOVEMBER is not with MY CHARACTER.

AND IF, only IF I’m WRONG say to me where and I WILL Apologise.

There is an easier method to debug this by just making a new lv 1 character and talking to the statue to see if you do really get a status point and if after getting it the statue keeps saying “You received a status point”.

If you do not actually get a point, then the statue is indeed bugged (not providing stat points). If you do get a point, but keep getting the “You got point” message, then just the message itself is bugged (user interface bug).

Seir Forest is a Revelation story. You got a total of 23 points from the Revelation quests lines if you’ve only not done Kalejimas.

So you have 280 total invested stats at level 247 ?

280 - 246 (levels) = 34
34 - 23 (Revelation quests) = 11
11 - 5 (special quests) = 6
There are 7 Zemyna Statues so you are indeed missing one, if the numbers from the beginning are correct.
Technically anyway it’s a 38 total extra stats you can get through quests and such. If only Kalejimas was missing for you, you should have 35 extra, not 34.

I’d advise you to install the addon to see your invested stats if you don’t have it, to be sure it’s the correct number, so they technically can’t say “it’s wrong” (I say technically because you never know with them XD)
Also, to be sure, check your inventory to see if you indeed used the stat potions you get from the two bosses.

From my memories, you can always interact with the statues. But once you got the point, it won’t tell you “You received a status point” again.

Sorry for posting only for this but I think it’s valid to prevent confusion: there’s no need for addons to see that anymore. It shows on the F1 UI.

Dumb question ahead, so don’t be mad if it’s not your situation, but I have seen this happening so many times you won’t believe it:

Have you checked the items in your inventory?

I remember either Naktis or the guy in Fedimian Suburbs (or both) giving you a specific item to reclaim that +1 status point, it may be you simply forgot to use it.

EDIT:

It doesn’t hurt to double-check, I’ve seen this happening quite often. :slight_smile:

(Check both between consumables and quest items to be extra sure!)

The problem is that I remember using them =/
I like to use them as soon as I get them from the quests.

Only problem for me is the message in the lemprasa pound statue =/
I cant confirm with a new character because I dont have any slot avaliable xD

Maybe I’ll try making another account just to verify this, but only after the 12/12 att xD

Thats the status point missing for me.

I forgot the item and thought it was a bug, sorry for the case.

But still… it’s sad when the players are more helpfull than the staff =/

There is actualy two more status points you can get :3

One is +1 Dex (not sure if it turns to free point after reset but I guess so) from Cristal Mine Lot 2 F1 Hidden quest

Other is +1 Int for Hidden Quest I forgot name of but I have it on most charas so probably something easy
Edit I think its quest where you need to sit to near wounded NPC after you do all other quests for him (recovering supplies, avenging his dead comrades)

Actually there is +1STR and +1 SPR too, but it doesn’t matter here, those points do not count towards the total points available/total points spent, because you are not free to distribuite them, they’re treated in a similar way as Collections bonus.

At level 330, you have 367 points available to distribuite, 329 from levels and 38 from quests/statues, so he is definetely missing one, because he said he didn’t complete Kalejimas quest-line yet (which gives 3)
