Missing NPC Quest (The Night Star: Demon Prison District 3)

Bug Description :
Goddess Vakarine, an NPC that should be in Demon Prison District 3 is not there. Therefore, I cannot continue on with my main quest line (The Night Star). All I did before this was do the Daily Mystery Event. Went to Fedimian, got buffs, went to Demon Prison District 2 to finish quests, went to Demon Prison District 3, but no Goddess Vakarine.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

If you got a party either leave it or be the party leader. Had this problem and that fixed it.

Same problem, but in Demon Prison District 2. Where is Kupole Arune?

same issue, leaving party didn’t help, can’t progress story because of it.

I have the same problem too. The goddess didnt appeared, so i got her to appear but the next one didnt appeared…

I got the exactly same problem like you, the first one did not appear, i changed channel and it appeared. but the next one, kupole zydrone, did not appear, i have done everything as party leader, quit party, change channel, character selection and restart the game, it still won’t appear. GM please help!

has a lot quests with this problem… after the last maintenance I did my scout(1 to 182) got more than 15 quests issues… for now I just give up to make something at this game
