I got all of the parts for the recipe for Rokas Robe. Only thing I’m missing is drop from “yonazolem”.
There is no “Mercenary Toby” or “Kevin” on the map Ramstis Ridge for me… I tried partying with friend, they see it but I don’t. I’m very high level now, makes no sense. Please help.

Got same problem too.
Seems like few people suggested I already did the quest but I for sure do not remember going to NPC “Kevin” , who comes after the Mercenary Toby… so somthing is up. Both Toby + Kevin is missing on the map.
