Bug Description :Many NPCs are missing heads, some of them appear if they rotate (when I talk to them) seems like textures do not load (or download) properly. I reinstaled whole game twice already and nothing got fixed.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Run Game
- Enter Klaipeda and look at some of NPcs
