I cannot complete quest “Great Success or Great Failure - Receive advice from Vaidotas” because the NPC Vaidotas has mysteriously vanished from Miners Village.

Yup. I tried relogging, too.
Weird, changing usually fix it for me when an npc isn’t there…
Try abandoning the quest and starting it again…
Just tried that, it didn’t work. 
Bumping this because Vaidotas is still missing. Yes, I have done the Miners Village/Crystal Mines quests. Yes, I have tried abandoning the quest and starting it again. Logging out and logging back in, changing channels. I’d like to finish the Nahash Forest quest line on my Fletcher.

I find out that if you have the quest warp to the npc if you go off from where it is and warp to it, the quest continue even if the npc isn’t there…
happened to me with rexipher and I could continue doing that…
Unfortunately, I don’t have the quest warp to him, and when I go to him using the Goddess Statue the quest doesn’t continue.
I have found several people who had the same problem with Vaidotas disappearing. I hope it gets fixed.
