I’m facing almost the same problem, but I only didn’t received the Exclusive Package 1. I’ve clicked to redeem it on my character and nothing happened, the compensation one is there, tho.

I have the exact same issue. Please have this fixed. I was hoping to use my TP to change my Team Name.

Character Name: Ori or Peregrin (both were supposed to receive part of the content)

I got Exclusive Package 2 and received none of the content. I did receive 3 EXP books for character Ori from the compensation package, but nothing else so I didn’t get all of my compensation items either.

I wanted to change my team name, so I had to purchase another founders pack for $10, and then I hear you’re giving out free name changes. I’m very disappointed that I am not able to get the content that I paid 30 dollars (now 40 dollars) for.
