Missing hair dye

Bug Description : Open hair dye box, get a hair dye with Ruby color, right click the hair dye, accidently select ‘NO’ and hair dye gone.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Open hair dye box

So you had a hair dye box and when you were going to use it you selected not to use it and instead of getting it back to try again it vanish…

am I correct?_?

if yes, try logging off and on and use search on inventory…

also was the box an achievement hair dye?_?

if so those only work on wigs and default hair not shop hair cuts…

EDIT: All hairs from achievements are located on character info tab on F1…

Oh I see…currently I’m using shop hair cuts…no wonder…thanks for the info! :smiley:

Yes hair dye is not automatically set on your character. You have to go to F1 menu, third tab, and select it. If you’re using a haircut from the Beauty Shop, you have to either purchase a wig from the shop to apply the dye or a specific haircut dye. In either case, you will need TP :frowning:
