On the 29th of March, around 5pm EST, I got into the game and tried to retrieve the items that were in my mailbox to my only character. When I entered the game, I hadn’t received any items that I tried putting onto my character from the mailbox.
Items including:
-Exclusive Access Pack 3(160 TP Chest)
-Consolation Items(The exp tomes and such)
I used a megaphone to ask in shout chat about the problem and people told me that it was lag and to wait later. It’s the 30th of March, 8am EST making this post, and I still have not received the items on my character.

I hope this issue can be resolved soon for me and anyone who is facing the same issue. I’ll continue to play the game and wait.
